Looking beyond the obvious!
A space to explore experience, meaning, possibility and change.
Attentive to how people live, learn, and find their way through difficulty.
A reflective and collaborative space for individuals seeking clarity, growth, and meaningful change. Nathalie's work supports people navigating personal, relational, or professional challenges, including experiences of psychosocial distress or maladjustment that affect daily life, work, or relationships.
Grounded in attentive listening and thoughtful exploration, her approach integrates therapeutic work with psychoeducation, helping individuals better understand their inner processes, patterns, and responses. She creates a space where experience can be examined with care—beyond what appears obvious or limiting—allowing new perspectives, increased agency, and possibilities for change to emerge at a pace that respects each person’s lived experience.
