About
Nathalie Myara, Ph.D., Ps. Éd., is a licensed psychoeducator and clinician with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals across the lifespan in personal, relational, and professional development. Her work bridges clinical practice, assessment, education, and reflective writing with a consistent focus on how people navigate difficulty, uncertainty, challenge and change in their lives.

Clinical & Educational Philosophy
At the heart of Nathalie’s work is a commitment to attentive listening, thoughtful exploration, and practical support. She views difficulty and pain not simply as obstacles to be overcome but as lived experiences that, when deeply attended to, can reveal new insight, resilience, and pathways forward. Her practice integrates therapeutic work, psychoeducation, regulation strategies, and reflective dialogue within a biopsychosocial and integrative framework, drawing on different approaches to respond to each individual’s needs and context.

This philosophy extends into her educational and workshop work, where she supports learning, cognitive strategies, and psychosocial adjustment in ways that respect diversity of experience and ways of thinking.
What She Offers
Nathalie’s practice includes individual consultation, assessment, clinical observation, individualized planning, and goal-oriented development work. She also leads workshops, conferences, and trainings on topics such as mental health, learning how to learn, and cognitive/metacognitive strategies, always with a focus on bringing clarity, tools, and thoughtful engagement to participants.

Her writing — including prose, poetic reflection, and reflective fragments — further explores the human experience of navigating difficulty and finding meaning in complexity.

Personal Commitment
Nathalie is committed to creating spaces of understanding, agency, and possibility. Whether in therapy, assessment, education, or writing, she strives to support people in approaching life’s challenges with depth, care, and openness.
