Services
Individual consultation
Individual consultation offers a confidential, one-to-one space to explore personal, relational, academic, or professional challenges across the lifespan.
Sessions integrate reflective dialogue, psychoeducation, brain-based and regulation exercises, and relaxation practices. This integrative approach supports self-understanding, emotional regulation, and the development of practical tools and strategies that foster adaptation, agency, and meaningful change.
Individualized Intervention Plans (Educational & Developmental)
Individualized intervention plans are designed primarily for children, adolescents and young adults in educational or developmental contexts. Based on assessment and observation findings, these plans outline targeted objectives, strategies, and supports aimed at improving learning, behavior, emotional regulation, and psychosocial adaptation.
Plans are developed collaboratively with families, schools, and other professionals, with attention to the child’s strengths, needs, and environment.
Assessments
Assessment services provide a structured and nuanced understanding of psychological, psychosocial, and learning-related functioning. Through evaluation and clinical analysis, strengths, challenges, and contextual factors are identified in order to clarify needs, guide intervention, and support informed decision-making.
Assessments may be requested by individuals, families, schools, or organizations and are adapted to the age, context, and objectives of each situation.
Goal-Oriented Development Plans (Personal & Professional)
Goal-oriented development plans are designed for adolescents, adults, and professionals seeking to clarify and pursue personal or professional objectives. These plans focus on identifying priorities, strengthening capacities, and developing concrete strategies to support growth, performance, and meaningful change.
They are particularly useful during periods of transition, career development, burnout, or when individuals wish to better align actions with values and goals.
Clinical Observation
Clinical observation focuses on understanding behavior, interaction, and functioning within real-life contexts such as school, family, or group settings. Observation supports the identification of strengths, difficulties, and environmental factors that influence learning, adaptation, and well-being.
Findings from clinical observation help inform recommendations, support collaboration with families or professionals, and guide appropriate intervention planning.
Workshops, Conferences & Training
Workshops, conferences, and training activities offer psychoeducational content for groups, professionals, schools, and organizations. Topics include mental health, psychosocial adjustment, learning how to learn, cognitive and metacognitive strategies, attention and executive functioning, and support for diverse learning profiles.
Sessions combine practical tools with reflection, supporting learning, adaptation and implementation.
